Donwood South opened its doors in 1982. The 104 apartment units and amenities provide
comfortable accommodations for independent seniors. Donwood South is a non-profit corporation owned and operated by eight Winnipeg Mennonite Brethren Churches in cooperation with the Manitoba Housing Authority (MHA). Donwood South provides independent living in an environment with security, opportunities to socialize and other services.
