Assisted Living – Elderly Persons Housing (EPH)

In 1974 a 118 unit enriched Donwood Manor Elderly Persons Housing Inc. (EPH) complex was constructed adjoining Donwood Manor Personal Care Home.  Donwood Manor EPH is sponsored by eight Winnipeg Mennonite Brethren Churches in cooperation with the Manitoba Housing Authority (MHA).  Donwood Manor EPH provides independent living in an environment with security, opportunities to socialize, access to a meal program and other services.

Admissions Process

Applications may be submitted to Donwood Manor Elderly Persons Housing, Attention: Tenant Resource Coordinator. Phone inquiries at (204) 668-4410, extension 238. A Notice of Assessment from Revenue Canada must accompany the application.
