The Foundation collects a limited amount of personal information including name, title, address, telephone number, and other relevant contact information.
This personal information is collected in order to comply with Canada Customs and Revenue Agency requirements, to provide donors with recognition, to provide donors and potential supporters with information about Foundation activities, and to promote opportunities where donors and potential supporters may support the Foundation.
These files are the property of the Foundation and access to the information they contain is restricted. In general terms, only those persons who are involved in processing donations and management personnel with a legitimate reason to review this information, are allowed to do so.
We only share information which is absolutely necessary with those third parties that are involved in the processing of your donation transactions. For example, the financial institution with whom you have your credit card.
The Foundation values your right to privacy of personal and financial information. We do not disclose, sell, trade, or rent your personal information to outside parties.
